Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced cooked ham (or cooked breakfast sausage)

1/2 cup chopped bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Salt to taste

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and lay the triangles in the baking dish, pressing them together to form a complete crust on the bottom. Make sure to pinch the seams tightly.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt until well combined.

Evenly sprinkle the diced ham (or sausage), chopped bell peppers, and green onions over the crescent dough in the baking dish.

Pour the egg mixture gently over the toppings, ensuring it spreads evenly across the dish.

Finally, sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the egg mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the crescent dough is golden brown.

Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Cut into squares and serve warm.
