Ingredients

1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the trimmed and halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the sprouts are evenly coated.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded for maximum crispiness.

Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking. Adjust the cooking time slightly depending on your desired level of crispiness.

If using, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the Brussels sprouts during the last 2 minutes of cooking for a cheesy finish.

Once done, remove the Brussels sprouts from the air fryer and drizzle them with balsamic vinegar if desired. Toss them gently to combine.

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately for a delicious side dish or snack.
