Ingredients

2 pounds of chicken wings, split at the joints and tips removed

2 tablespoons baking powder (aluminum-free)

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1/2 teaspoon dried dill

1/2 cup ranch dressing (plus extra for serving)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet for optimal air circulation.

Prepare the Wings: In a large mixing bowl, toss the chicken wings with the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried parsley, and dried dill. Ensure the wings are evenly coated for crispy results.

Arrange on Rack: Lay the chicken wings out in a single layer on the wire rack. Make sure they are not touching to allow proper crisping.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping the wings halfway through until they are golden brown and crispy.

Coat with Ranch: Remove the wings from the oven and place them in a large clean bowl. While they are still hot, drizzle 1/2 cup of ranch dressing over the wings and toss gently to coat them evenly.

Serve: Serve immediately with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
