Crispy Buffalo Chicken Wraps – Perfect for Lunch!

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1/2 cup diced cucumbers

1/2 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

Prepare the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Mix well until the chicken is thoroughly coated. Adjust the hotness by adding more buffalo sauce if desired.

    Sauté the Veggies: Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and cucumbers, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes, just until slightly softened. Season with salt and pepper.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of ranch or blue cheese dressing in the middle. Add a portion of the buffalo chicken, then top with the sautéed veggies and a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese.
