1 lb (450g) chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1 cup panko breadcrumbs

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Prep the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

      - Dip each piece of chicken first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it generously with panko breadcrumbs. Place the coated chicken bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

        Cook the Chicken:
