1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with olive oil, making sure they are well-coated.

      In a separate bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).

        Sprinkle the cheese mixture over the cauliflower and toss until evenly coated.
