1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs

Juice of half a lemon

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.

    Sauté the shrimp: In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove from heat.

      Prepare the sauce: In a separate bowl, mix the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and paprika. Add the sautéed shrimp to the mixture and stir well to coat the shrimp evenly.

        Assemble the gratin: Pour the shrimp and cream mixture into the greased baking dish. Evenly sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and Panko breadcrumbs on top.

          Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
