Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1/2 cup water

1 cup cooked white rice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup refried beans

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped green onions

4 large flour tortillas

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salsa (for serving)

Fresh cilantro (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Cook the Beef: In a frying pan over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula. Drain excess fat.

Add Seasoning: Stir in taco seasoning and water. Bring to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and cook for about 5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef, cooked white rice, refried beans, diced tomatoes, and chopped green onions. Mix well.

Assemble the Burritos: Preheat a large skillet over medium heat with olive oil. On each tortilla, layer the beef filling, followed by a generous sprinkle of cheddar cheese and a dollop of sour cream.

Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to enclose all the ingredients. Place seam-side down onto the skillet.

Grill the Burritos: Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve: Cut the burritos in half and serve with salsa and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
