4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably Panko for extra crunch)

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 large eggs

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Fresh basil leaves for garnish (optional)

    Prepare the Chicken: Lightly season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and set aside.
