Ingredients
  

12 slider rolls (or mini brioche buns)

6 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or pepper jack)

1/2 pound breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Fresh chives or parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

      Cook the Eggs: In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring gently until the eggs are fluffy and fully cooked (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from heat.

        Layer the Sliders: Slice the slider rolls in half horizontally. On the bottom half of each roll, layer the cooked and crumbled sausage, scrambled eggs, and shredded cheese. If using bacon, add that too.

          Assemble the Sliders: Place the top half of the rolls back onto the fillings. Arrange the assembled sliders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

            Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the rolls are golden.

              Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Optionally, garnish with chopped chives or parsley before serving. Enjoy these warm!
