1 cup crunchy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 ½ cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars (about 4-5 bars)

1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for melting chocolate)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crunchy peanut butter and powdered sugar. Mix until well combined and smooth.

    Gently fold in the crushed Butterfinger candy bars, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.

      Use your hands to shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet as you go.

        Once all the mixture is formed into balls, place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 30 minutes, allowing them to firm up.

          While the balls are freezing, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips (and coconut oil if using) in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and completely melted.

            Remove the Butterfinger balls from the freezer. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, using a fork to gently lift and tap off any excess chocolate.

              Return the chocolate-covered balls to the parchment-lined baking sheet. If desired, you can sprinkle some additional crushed Butterfinger on top for decoration before the chocolate sets.

                Place the baking sheet back in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is completely firm.
