Ingredients

2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon roll dough

4 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup powdered sugar (for drizzling)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Open the cinnamon roll dough and cut each roll into quarters. Place the pieces evenly in the prepared baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and maple syrup until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish, ensuring all pieces are well soaked.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

While the casserole is baking, prepare the icing by mixing the powdered sugar with a tablespoon of milk until you reach a drizzle consistency.

Once the casserole is done, let it cool slightly before drizzling with the icing. Serve warm and enjoy!
