Ingredients

2 cups cooked rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 large pizza doughs (store-bought)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, mozzarella cheese, chopped bacon, sliced green onions, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until everything is evenly coated.

Roll Out Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out each pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Fill Dough: Divide the chicken filling evenly between the two rectangles of dough, leaving a border around the edges. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning if desired.

Seal the Bakes: Carefully fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket. Pinch the edges tightly to seal, and use a fork to crimp the edges for extra security.

Egg Wash: Brush the tops of each chicken bake with the beaten egg to give them a golden color when baked.

Bake: Place the chicken bakes on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Cool & Serve: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes. Slice into portions and serve warm.
