Ingredients

4 cups whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Whipped cream (for topping)

Mini marshmallows (for topping)

Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

In a 6-quart crockpot, combine the whole milk, heavy cream, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir gently to mix.

Add the semi-sweet chocolate chips, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt to the crockpot. Stir until the cocoa powder and chocolate chips are fully incorporated.

Cover the crockpot and cook on low for about 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Once ready, give it a good stir to ensure everything is well mixed. If you prefer a richer flavor, you can let it cook on low for an additional 30 minutes.

Serve hot in mugs topped with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, and chocolate shavings or sprinkles if desired.
