Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, crushed cookies, fruit pieces, or nuts

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer or a whisk until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes.

In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until combined.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture in thirds, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream too much.

Once everything is combined, fold in your desired mix-ins if using.

Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or an airtight container. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Cover the container with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours, or until solid.

Once frozen, scoop out your creamy dreamy ice cream and serve!
