1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted (or unsalted butter)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and granulated sugar. Pour in the melted coconut oil (or butter) and stir until a smooth dough forms.

      Form Cookies: Using your hands, scoop about a tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. Place the dough balls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them as they will spread slightly.

        Flatten: Gently flatten each ball with the bottom of a glass or your palm to create a cookie shape.

          Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. They might look a little soft right out of the oven, but they will firm up as they cool.

            Cool: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
