Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup raspberry preserves

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, rolled oats, and brown sugar. Stir in the melted butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press half of the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to create a crust layer.

Spread the raspberry preserves over the crust evenly, ensuring it covers all edges.

Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture over the raspberry preserves, gently pressing it down to form a topping.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the preserves are bubbling around the edges.

Remove the pan from the oven and let cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, use the parchment overhang to lift the bars out and cut them into squares.
