For the Fiery Chicken:

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon sriracha (or more to taste)

1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce

1 teaspoon ginger, minced

3 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1 cup heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Ramen:

4 cups chicken broth

2 packets of ramen noodles (discard the seasoning packet)

1 cup bok choy, chopped

1 cup shiitake mushrooms, sliced

2 green onions, chopped

1 soft-boiled egg (optional for serving)

Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

Marinate the Chicken:

In a bowl, combine the sliced chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, chili garlic sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

      Prepare the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant (about 2 minutes). Add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Allow the sauce to thicken for about 5-7 minutes, then set aside.

          Cook the Ramen Noodles:

In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions (usually around 3-4 minutes). During the last minute of the noodle cooking, add the bok choy and shiitake mushrooms.

              Cook the Chicken:

In a separate skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated chicken along with any leftover marinade. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice sear.

                  Assemble the Ramen:

Divide the noodles, bok choy, and mushrooms evenly among serving bowls. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles. Top with the fiery chicken, drizzle with the creamy garlic sauce, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. If desired, add a soft-boiled egg to each bowl.

                      Serve and Enjoy:

Serve immediately, and enjoy your spicy and creamy bowl of Fiery Chicken Ramen!
