Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries)

1/4 cup granola (optional)

A handful of chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts, optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until well mixed and smooth.

Line a Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy removal.

Spread the Yogurt: Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet. Use a spatula to spread it evenly, aiming for about 1/2 inch thick.

Add Toppings: Scatter the mixed frozen berries evenly over the yogurt layer. Add granola and chopped nuts if desired.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 4-6 hours, or until the yogurt is completely frozen.

Break into Pieces: Once frozen, remove from the freezer and lift the yogurt bark off the baking sheet using the edges of the parchment paper. Break or cut into pieces, similar to breaking chocolate bark.

Serve and Store: Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Enjoy immediately or store the bark pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
