Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, sliced

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free alternative)

1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pecans, or walnuts work well)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Banana Base: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until they reach a smooth consistency. You can leave some chunks if you prefer a bit of texture.

Mix the Yogurt: Add the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt to the mashed bananas. Stir well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined and the mixture is creamy.

Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until completely smooth. Be careful not to overheat.

Assemble the Cups: Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners. Spoon the banana-yogurt mixture into each liner, filling them about 2/3 full.

Drizzle Chocolate: Drizzle melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture in each cup. You can use a spoon or a piping bag for a more precise drizzle.

Add Nuts: Top each cup with a sprinkle of the chopped nuts for added crunch and flavor.

Freeze: Place the muffin tin in the freezer and allow the cups to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the cups from the muffin tin and peel away the liners. Enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks.
