Ingredients

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (for topping)

Sea salt (a pinch, for sprinkling)

12 cupcake liners (optional)

Instructions

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture.

If using cupcake liners, place them into a muffin tin for easy removal later. Spoon the peanut butter yogurt mixture into the liners, filling each about 2/3 of the way full.

Use a spatula to smooth the tops of each cup for a nice finish.

Melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-30 second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth.

Drizzle the melted chocolate over each yogurt cup, ensuring an even coating. You can use a spoon or a piping bag for more control.

Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cup to enhance the flavors.

Place the muffin tin in the freezer, and let the cups freeze for at least 3-4 hours or until completely solid.

Once ready, carefully remove the chocolate peanut butter yogurt cups from the muffin tin and liners if used.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the freezer for a quick and delectable treat later. Enjoy these delicious frozen snacks!
