Ingredients

2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries

1 ½ cups plain Greek yogurt (you can also use vanilla for added sweetness)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

¼ cup chopped nuts (such as almonds or pistachios, optional for garnish)

¼ cup granola (optional for added crunch)

Instructions

Prepare the Raspberries: If using fresh raspberries, wash and gently dry them. For frozen, allow them to thaw slightly for easier coating.

Mix the Yogurt: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well blended and creamy.

Coat the Raspberries: Take each raspberry and dip it into the yogurt mixture, using a fork to fully coat it. Gently shake off any excess yogurt.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the coated raspberries on the sheet, leaving space between each one so they don’t stick together.

Sprinkle Toppings (Optional): If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts and/or granola on top of the yogurt-coated raspberries for a crunchy finish.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the yogurt has completely set and the raspberries are fully frozen.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, transfer the raspberry yogurt clusters to an airtight container. Enjoy as a refreshing snack straight from the freezer!
