4 cups seedless watermelon, diced and frozen

1 cup coconut water (or regular water)

2 tablespoons lime juice (freshly squeezed for the best flavor)

1-2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Lime wedges for serving (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Watermelon: If you haven’t already, cut the watermelon into cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

    Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, coconut water, lime juice, and honey/agave syrup (if using).

      Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and the mixture has a slushy consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add a little more coconut water until you reach your desired texture.

        Taste and Adjust: Taste the slushie and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey/agave syrup or lime juice for additional tanginess.
