Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup chopped walnuts (or your favorite nuts)

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Silicone popsicle molds or reusable ice pop molds

Wooden sticks

Instructions

Prepare the Bananas: Peel the bananas and cut them into small chunks. Place them in a blender or food processor.

Blend the Mixture: Add the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the blender. Blend until all ingredients are smooth and well combined.

Mix in Nuts and Chocolate: Transfer the blended mixture to a bowl and fold in the chopped walnuts and mini chocolate chips, if using. This adds a delightful crunch and a touch of sweetness.

Fill the Molds: Spoon the yogurt banana mixture into the silicone popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert wooden sticks into the center of each mold.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull on the sticks to release the pops.

Serve: Enjoy your homemade Frozen Yogurt Banana Nut Pops immediately or store them in a freezer-safe bag or container for later enjoyment!
