Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup ripe peaches, peeled and diced (fresh or frozen)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 cup granola (optional, for crunchy texture)

6-8 popsicle sticks or silicone molds

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a blender or food processor, combine the Greek yogurt, diced peaches, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Adjust Sweetness: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or syrup if needed. Blend again if adding more sweetener.

Add Crunch (Optional): If desired, fold in granola gently to add a crunchy texture to your frozen yogurt pops.

Pour into Molds: Pour the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top as the mixture will expand when frozen. If using popsicle sticks, insert them about halfway into the mixture.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Remove Pops: To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds and gently pull the pops out.

Serve: Enjoy immediately or store them in a sealed container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
