Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 4-6 slices)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 package (16 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Optional: Burger toppings (pickles, lettuce, tomato)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Beef Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.

Roll Out the Crescent Dough: Open the package of crescent rolls and unroll them. Separate the dough into triangles along the perforated lines.

Form the Bombs: For each crescent triangle, place a generous tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center. Carefully fold the dough around the filling, pinching the edges together to seal. Make sure it’s well-sealed to prevent any filling from leaking out.

Prepare for Baking: Place the cheese-filled burger bombs seam-side down on the lined baking sheet. If desired, sprinkle the tops with grated Parmesan cheese for added flavor.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the meat is cooked through (the internal temperature should reach 160°F or 70°C).

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm. If desired, serve with your favorite burger toppings on the side.
