Ingredients
  

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

      Add the peeled and deveined shrimp to the bowl and toss them in the garlic mixture until they are evenly coated.

        Spread the shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

          Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.

            Roast in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque.

              Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.

                Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for an extra punch of flavor.
