Ingredients

1.5 lbs pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized cubes

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, ginger, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and salt to create a marinade.

Add the cubed pork tenderloin to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Cover the bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Arrange the marinated pork bites in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and has a slight caramelization on the outside. Use a meat thermometer to check for a safe internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Once done, remove the baked pork bites from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
