1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

6 large eggs

1/4 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a standard muffin tin with cooking spray or line it with muffin liners.

    Prep the Broccoli: In a small bowl, steam the broccoli florets in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes until tender but still bright green. Let them cool slightly, then chop finely.

      Mix the Egg Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

        Combine Ingredients: Stir in the finely chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon (if using) into the egg mixture. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
