Grilled Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

8 oz. rotini pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/3 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)

Croutons, for garnish

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool down. Set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Ensure they're evenly coated for maximum flavor.
