Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

4 medium potatoes, diced

1 medium onion, chopped

2 cups green beans (fresh or frozen)

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup beef broth

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add Onions and Seasoning: Add the chopped onion, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the beef. Sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the onions are translucent.

Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the browned beef mixture, diced potatoes, green beans, corn, cream of mushroom soup, and beef broth. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish. Spread it evenly.

Bake the Casserole: Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.

Final Baking: Return the casserole to the oven (uncovered) for an additional 15-20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the potatoes are tender.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let sit for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve hot!
