Instructions

Make the Meatballs:

    - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, green onions, minced garlic, beaten egg, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.

      - Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

        - Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

          Cook the Meatballs:

            - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

              - Place the meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

                Prepare the Honey Garlic Sauce:

                  - While the meatballs are baking, in a saucepan over medium heat, combine honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.

                    - Bring to a gentle simmer and let it cook for about 5 minutes.

                      - Stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.

                        Assemble the Bowls:

                          - In serving bowls, layer cooked jasmine rice, steamed broccoli, and shredded carrots.

                            - When the meatballs are done, toss them in the honey garlic sauce until well-coated.

                              - Place the saucy meatballs on top of the rice and veggies.

                                Garnish and Serve:

                                  - Sprinkle sesame seeds and additional sliced green onions on top.

                                    - Drizzle any remaining honey garlic sauce over the bowls.
