Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 ounces each)

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon whole grain mustard

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Marinade: In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice until well combined. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish. Pour the honey mustard marinade over the fillets, making sure they're well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easier cleanup.

Bake the Salmon: Remove the salmon from the marinade, letting the excess drip off. Place the fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Spoon some of the remaining marinade over the top of each fillet for extra flavor.

Cook: Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (65°C).

Garnish and Serve: Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven. Drizzle any leftover marinade from the baking sheet over the fillets. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
