Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)

1/4 cup honey

3 tablespoons Sriracha

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon ground ginger

2 green onions, finely chopped (for garnish)

Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil (for greasing the baking sheet)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Sriracha, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, and ground ginger until well combined.

Season the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Season them lightly with salt and pepper.

Glaze the Salmon: Brush the honey Sriracha mixture generously over the top of each salmon fillet, reserving a couple of tablespoons of the glaze for later.

Bake the Salmon: Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. In the last 5 minutes of baking, brush the fillets with the reserved glaze for added flavor.

Garnish and Serve: Once done, remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Enjoy: Serve the honey Sriracha glazed salmon over steamed rice or quinoa, with a side of your favorite vegetables.
