12 whole graham crackers

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

Whipped cream, for topping

Chocolate shavings, for garnish

Optional: peppermint candies for a festive touch

Prepare the Chocolate Mixture: In a medium saucepan, whisk together the heavy cream, whole milk, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract over medium heat. Stir continuously until it begins to simmer. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

    Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar while mixing until fully incorporated and creamy.

      Layer the Lasagna: In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place a single layer of graham crackers at the bottom. Pour about 1/3 of the chocolate mixture over the graham crackers, ensuring they are evenly covered. Then, spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate.

        Add More Layers: Repeat the process: add another layer of graham crackers, followed by another 1/3 of the chocolate mixture and the remaining cream cheese mixture. Top with a final layer of graham crackers, pouring the last 1/3 of the chocolate mixture over the top.

          Chill: Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. This allows the graham crackers to soften and flavors to meld together.

            Serve: Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, chocolate shavings, and crushed peppermint candies if desired.
