Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the spices are evenly incorporated into the meat.

Form the seasoned beef into small meatballs, about 1 inch in size. You should get around 12-15 meatballs.

In a separate bowl, mix the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses together. Set aside.

Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit with your hands or a rolling pin into a circle about 4 inches in diameter.

Place a meatball in the center of each biscuit, then top with a tablespoon of the cheese mixture.

Carefully pull the edges of the biscuit dough up over the filling, pinching to seal it tightly. Make sure there are no openings to prevent the cheese from leaking out.

Dip each sealed bomb into the melted butter, then roll it in grated Parmesan cheese.

Arrange the cheese bombs on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

Serve warm with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping. Enjoy your game day feast!
