Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup finely chopped jalapeños (fresh or pickled, adjust according to spice preference)

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 4 slices)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a medium-sized baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream, and stir until they are smooth and well blended.

Add in the shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, chopped jalapeños, crumbled bacon, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Transfer the mixture to the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of baguette for dipping. Enjoy your cheesy, spicy delight!
