Ingredients

1 can (16 oz) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup sliced pepperoni

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)

1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Cooking spray or olive oil (for greasing)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with cooking spray or olive oil.

Prepare the Dough: Open the can of refrigerated pizza dough and unroll it on a clean, floured surface. Cut the dough into 12 equal squares (about 3x3 inches).

Add the Fillings: On each dough square, sprinkle a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese, 3-4 slices of pepperoni, and a pinch of grated Parmesan cheese. Add a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and garlic powder on top for extra flavor.

Seal the Bombs: Carefully fold the corners of the dough square towards the center, pinching and sealing tightly to form a ball. Make sure there are no openings for the cheese to leak out.

Egg Wash: Place the pizza bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Using a pastry brush, apply the beaten egg over the tops of each bomb to give them a nice golden color when baked.

Bake: Bake the pizza bombs in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown and puffed up.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Enjoy: Watch the kids dig in as they tear open the cheesy, pepperoni-filled goodness!
