1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

Prep the Wings: Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Ensure they’re as dry as possible for maximum crispiness.

    Make the Marinade: In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well to create a marinade.
