Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup sour cream

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup crushed buttery crackers (e.g., Ritz)

1/2 cup butter, melted

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly blended.

Gently fold in the shredded cheddar cheese and half of the grated Parmesan cheese until combined.

Transfer the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13 inch casserole dish, spreading it out evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix the crushed buttery crackers with the melted butter until the crackers are well coated.

Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the chicken layer in the casserole dish. Then, top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
