2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

4 large tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

1 cup croutons, crushed

Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking spray or a little olive oil for cooking

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and halved cherry tomatoes. Toss everything together until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture in the center, then sprinkle crushed croutons on top for added crunch.

      Fold the Tortilla: Begin by folding the sides of the tortilla inward over the filling. Then, starting from the bottom, carefully roll the tortilla up tightly to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

        Cook the Wraps: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat it with cooking spray or olive oil. Once hot, place the wraps seam side down in the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown and crispy, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

          Slice and Serve: Once golden and crispy on both sides, remove the wraps from the skillet. Allow them to cool slightly before slicing each wrap in half. Serve warm with extra Caesar dressing or a side salad.
