Ingredients

1 prepared pie crust (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

4 large eggs

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup diced cooked ham

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 cup cooked and crumbled sausage (optional)

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)

Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the crust: Fit the prepared pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish. Prick the bottom with a fork to prevent bubbling.

Make the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.

Add the Cheeses: Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.

Incorporate the Meats: Fold in the diced ham, crumbled sausage (if using), and chopped green onions. Add the hot sauce and mix everything together until evenly distributed.

Pour Into Crust: Carefully pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, smoothing it out with a spatula.

Bake the Quiche: Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the top is slightly golden. A toothpick inserted into the center should come out clean.

Cool and Serve: Allow the quiche to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired, and serve warm.
