Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ cup powdered sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup miniature marshmallows

½ cup chopped walnuts (optional)

1 cup chocolate chips (for topping)

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Stir until well mixed.

Pour in the melted butter and blend until the mixture resembles wet sand.

Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Make sure to pack it down tightly for structural integrity.

In another bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Fold in the miniature marshmallows and chopped walnuts (if using).

Pour the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust and spread it evenly.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until smooth.

Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling, spreading it evenly to create a chocolate layer on top.

Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours or until fully set.

Slice and serve chilled, garnishing with additional marshmallows or walnuts if desired.
