1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup rolled oats

1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (vegan if desired)

1 tablespoon coconut oil

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

    Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), rolled oats, graham cracker crumbs, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until thoroughly combined. The mixture should be thick and sticky.
