Ingredients

12 oz uncooked pasta (penne or rotini work well)

1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 large green bell pepper, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

4 cups beef broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Brown the Steak: In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sirloin steak and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the steak and set it aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same pot, add another tablespoon of oil if needed. Add the sliced onion and bell pepper, cooking until the vegetables are tender, about 4-5 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.

Combine Ingredients: Return the steak to the pot. Stir in the uncooked pasta, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, and additional salt and pepper to taste. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Cook the Pasta: Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover the pot. Let it cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.

Add Cream Cheese: Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the softened cream cheese until fully melted and incorporated into the mixture. This will give the pasta a creamy texture.

Cheese It Up: Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the shredded provolone and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well until the cheeses melt and coat the pasta.

Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch. Serve immediately and enjoy your One-Pot Philly Cheesesteak Pasta!
