Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies (crushed)

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup powdered sugar

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional, for garnish)

Additional Oreos (for topping, optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Mix until the cookies are evenly coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.

Form the Crust: Press the Oreo mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Use the back of a measuring cup or your fingers to create an even layer. Place the crust in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.

Make the Peanut Butter Filling: In a large mixing bowl, beat the peanut butter and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.

Whip the Cream: In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined, being careful not to deflate the cream.

Fill the Crust: Spoon the peanut butter filling into the prepared Oreo crust, spreading it evenly.

Chill: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow it to set.

Serve: Before serving, optionally melt some chocolate chips and drizzle over the pie. You can also crush a few additional Oreos and sprinkle them on top for an extra crunch.

Slice and Enjoy: Cut into slices and serve chilled. Enjoy the creamy, rich combination of peanut butter and Oreo!
