Ingredients
  

1 cup crushed Oreo cookies

1 cup vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

A pinch of salt

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and vanilla protein powder. Mix well until fully combined.

    Add the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the dry mixture.

      Use a spatula or your hands to mix all the ingredients until a dough-like consistency forms. If the mixture is too dry, add a bit more peanut butter or honey.

        Fold in the mini chocolate chips, if using.

          Once the mixture is well combined, scoop out small portions (about 1 tablespoon each) and roll them into balls using your hands.

            Place the protein balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

              Refrigerate the protein balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.

                Once chilled, transfer the energy bites to an airtight container for storage. Enjoy them as a quick snack or post-workout treat!
