10 chicken drumsticks

1 cup BBQ sauce (your choice)

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)

Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a wire rack on top of it for airflow.

    Prepare the Marinade: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper if using. Mix well to form a paste.

      Coat the Drumsticks: Add the chicken drumsticks to the bowl with the marinade. Using your hands or tongs, ensure each drumstick is well-coated with the spice mixture.

        Bake the Chicken: Place the seasoned drumsticks on the wire rack in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.

          Add BBQ Sauce: After 30 minutes, remove the drumsticks from the oven. Brush each drumstick generously with BBQ sauce.
