Ingredients

1 lb shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup ranch dressing (plus more for serving)

12 slider buns (mini brioche or potato buns)

1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)

1/2 cup diced celery (optional, for crunch)

1/4 cup sliced green onions (optional, for garnish)

2 tbsp butter (melted)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, diced celery, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until the chicken is well coated.

Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns. Top each slider with a generous amount of shredded cheese.

Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese. Brush the melted butter on top of the buns, then sprinkle with a little extra garlic powder for added flavor.

Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Optionally, garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

Serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
