For the Cinnamon Roll Dough:

4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 cup granulated sugar

2 1/4 teaspoons (1 packet) instant yeast

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup milk (warm)

1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)

2 large eggs

For the Peach Filling:

2 cups fresh peaches (diced, about 4 peaches)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon cornstarch

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

For the Cream Cheese Glaze:

4 oz cream cheese (softened)

1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dough:

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, instant yeast, salt, and ground cinnamon. In a separate bowl, whisk together warm milk, melted butter, and eggs. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

      Make the Peach Filling:

        In a medium bowl, combine the diced peaches with brown sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and ground cinnamon. Toss to combine and set aside.

          Roll the Dough:

            After the dough has risen, punch it down and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll it into a rectangle approximately 16 inches wide and 12 inches tall.

              Assemble the Rolls:

                Spread the peach filling evenly over the rolled-out dough. Starting from one long side, tightly roll the dough into a log. Slice into 12 equal pieces and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

                  Second Rise:

                    Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes in a warm place.

                      Bake:

                        Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Once the rolls have risen, bake them in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

                          Prepare the Glaze:

                            While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese glaze. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined and creamy.

                              Serve:
